On its way to becoming the community's newest centerpiece for recreation is the LBA 3 Pavilion. Located in Phase 4, the two-level building features a wide range of leisure and sports amenities. The ground level already hosts an outdoor viewing deck, a bowling alley, billiard hall and 96-seat mini theater. At the upper level is a function room reserved for meetings and special events.

Singaporean style shophouses, two-in-one units that combine ample store space at the ground floor and living space at the second level, are Empire East's alternative residential offerings at Laguna BelAir 2's Rodeo Drive.
